“Letting yourselves into a relaxed state, notice how easily your thoughts reflect that state of being. It will serve you very well to notice this and to notice the ease with which you can find a different state of being. Then, notice how quickly your thoughts adhere to the new state of being you have found.
Breathing will always assist you in finding the state of being that you prefer. Whenever you find yourselves seeking solace from thoughts that seem out of control, or from a state of being that hits you like a ton of bricks from out of nowhere, put your attention on your breath and reach for the frequency of relaxation.
When you calm yourselves down, your frequency rises up. And when you are relaxed, calm, cool, and collected, everything around you slows down to reflect that state of being.
You offer more of your thoughts, words, and actions from a place of feeling lack of control than many of you realize. When you demonstrate to yourselves how easy it is to relax and to calm your nerves, then suddenly the need to control dissipates and you find yourselves in the flow of your lives, seeking to love, serve, and appreciate without attachment to outcomes and without even needing to know what you will do in the next five minutes.
Make it your highest priority to be the calm in the midst of your life, which at times feels like a storm. And you will not only affect what it is that occurs in your life, but you will begin to notice the beauty in the chaos.
