Setting Boundaries ∞The Pleiadian High Council of Seven
“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.
Setting a boundary does not mean that you are cutting someone off or cutting someone out of your experience. Setting a boundary means acknowledging yourself where you are in the moment and honoring yourself in relationship to another who is encroaching upon the boundary that you feel comfortable with.
You establish your limits with another person, and it is not mean to do so. It is certainly not inappropriate, and it is very spiritual to honor yourself as an aspect of Source Energy. Being a doormat to the needs of another does not automatically translate into unconditional love. It does not mean that you are doing the other any sort of favor either.
Everyone must learn to do for themselves. Everyone must step up and take ownership and responsibility for their own lives. You are not here to be everything for everyone. Being of service does not mean this. It does not mean having no preferences or no will of your own.
So if you feel tired, and you are in the midst of a conversation, and the other person is going on and on and on, it is not rude to say that you are tired and that you would like to complete the conversation at another time. It is not a lack of respect.
If the other person honors and respects you, he or she will be happy that you spoke your truth, that you set your boundary, and that you are taking care of yourself. If the other person cannot acknowledge that, then you are still helping him or her to become more compassionate.
You must allow yourselves to be where you are. You must acknowledge when your energy stores are depleted and you need to recharge. This is the only way that you are ever going to be of service.
When you feel inspired to go beyond your own limits that you have set for yourself, then go right ahead. But when you feel that someone else is extending beyond the limits that you have set, it is important for you to speak your truth.
Why is it important? Why are the Pleiadians making such a big deal of this? Quite frankly, it is because you are a collective. And in order for the collective to thrive, every single individual part in the collective must be allowed to thrive.
And if you are not going to allow yourself to thrive, you are not allowing the collective to thrive. We want you to know this because this is a collective shift in consciousness, and you are a key member, no matter who you are, of the human collective.
We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are very fond of all of you. That is all.”
