“It will always benefit you to stop and slow down. The pace at which your world is moving has quickened considerably over the years. You are all attempting to keep up with a pace that most of you are uncomfortable with. You have many tricks for doing so. You have your caffeinated beverages and your multitasking.
The speed at which you interpret your reality is also quickening. You process data much faster than the humans from previous generations. What this means is that the quickening that occurs within you is lessening the need for you to move as quickly, physically speaking. And yet, that is the area where so few of you are willing to slow down, or even stop.
One way that you may discover is a useful tool for you all in slowing down is to focus purely on one thing at a time. If instead of wanting to accomplish more with your actions, you sought to connect more with the point of your focus, you would find that the need for you to move more quickly would be diminished greatly.
We are asking you to focus on quality of experience, rather than quantity of accomplishments. And only you can determine the quality of the experience you are having. Only you know for certain how much of a connection was made and whether or not you were able to fully digest your point of focus in the moment.
And when you decide to do so, when you decide to connect and to slow down and integrate, you will notice a difference in how quickly you feel you need to move and how little needs to get done, for you will no longer be living on the hamster wheel. Instead, you will be savoring each and every movement and each and every moment.
We are Gabriel. We are senders of Love.”
