“We suggest that you put your attention on something that pleases you. It is so much easier for you to live in your heart space when you are focusing on something that you have no resistance to. When you are in a state of no or low resistance, you do not feel the need to think. There is not the necessity that you usually find for problem-solving.
It is easy to remain in your heart space when you allow yourselves the freedom from your issues, your problems, the challenges that you face. We are not saying that they will simply go away, but they will be there when you need them to be there. When it serves you to focus on them, then they will be right before you. But you don’t have to choose to be in the state of problem-solving twenty-four hours a day.
It is to your benefit, always, to choose the frequency that you would like to exist in, and it is so much easier to do this when you are being conscious about what it is you are putting in your immediate awareness. What are you choosing to focus on, on a daily basis, on a moment-by-moment basis?
You may wish to eliminate all of your problems so that you can then go somewhere and relax, knowing that you are problem-free. But in the moment when you are not focused on the problem, you are problem-free. Problem solved. And when you allow yourselves time in the frequency that you desire, then all of those problems, challenges, and issues in your life seem like so much more fun.”
