“Breathing is something that all of you do. It is necessary for you to live and for your bodies to function in the ways that your bodies were created to function. Breathing is something that is easy for all of you to ignore, because you are on autopilot with it most of the time. But breathing is a tool that is very much overlooked by all of you because you do not fully understand the significance of the breath.
We want to encourage you to feel more of the air that you breathe. This is something that you can do easily without even changing the way that you are breathing or the depth of your breathing. It is something that you can do with also having your attention on something else. So you can practice this whenever and wherever you like.
We want you to enjoy this process, because we want you to enjoy your lives. And since you must breathe in order to live, you might as well enjoy the process of breathing. You might as well give it a little bit more of your attention. The breath sets it all into motion in your bodies. And let us remind you that your physical environment is very much a reflection of what is occurring on the non-physical plane.
So everything follows your breathing in that realm as well. You are constantly in motion, even when you are sitting completely still. Therefore, taking some of your attention and putting it on that movement that is happening will tune you in more to everything that is occurring beneath the surface, not only on the physical level but on the non-physical level as well.
It would really serve all of you quite well to be more aware and to pay more attention. So why not start with where it all begins, where everything flows from? Breathing is something that can be quite orgasmic for all of you, quite satisfying in many different ways. And it is available to all of you in every waking moment.
The more you give it your attention and you take from it the joy that it has to offer you, the more you will find that the other joyous things in your life that you have been wanting to experience just begin to show up as easily and as simply as taking your next breath.
We are The Hathors. We thank you. And we wish you a fond good day.”
