Trust in the Flow – The Founders

“By hesitating you actually wake up the part of yourselves that does not trust completely in the process. If you want to exist in the flow of energy that you are, but you will not give yourselves over to complete trust in it, then you will always experience bumps in the road.

Your life can be easy, fun, and full of surprises, or you can struggle to maintain control over it. So how do you know when you are doing one or the other? You know because struggle is hard. You know because control takes more out of you, and you know because you can feel the difference, plain and simple.

Now, giving over to the flow does not mean that you then must live someone else’s dreams and desires, because you are giving over to your own flow, your own energy. And there’s nowhere else for you to go but home. If you were to know without a shadow of a doubt that you will experience everything that it is for your highest good to experience, then you would spend less time plotting and scheming and more time living.

All that you ever need to do is relax. When you relax, the flow takes over. And when the flow takes over, you still get to participate. But you get to participate in joy. You get to participate without struggle.

So when we tell you to trust in the flow, you might wonder what that looks like. You might want to start by living the life that is right there in front of you, by engaging with it fully, and by being present.

The life that you live will always be your own. You never have to worry that trusting in the flow means giving up all that you desire. All that you desire is within you, and when you trust in the flow you allow it to burst forth through you.
