“In your own words, describe who you are. You know yourselves better than anyone ever will or ever can, so do your best to describe who you are. What is it that you immediately focus on when you consider who you are? Is it your age? Is it your race? Perhaps your occupation?
We suspect that none of you chose to use those details to describe yourselves. But interestingly enough, you use all of those details and more to limit yourselves from being who you really are. Who you really are is limitless, ageless, genderless, nameless, and all that you are is here expressing through your physical vehicle. So we suggest that you let it.
Take away all of your limiting descriptors, traits, and identifiers, and just be that which you really are without hesitation and without apologies. How do you do this, you might wonder. Start by letting go of your past. You past includes your tendencies, your stories, your habits, and all of your beliefs.
By letting go of all of that and allowing yourselves to exist purely, as you are in this moment, you will notice that you feel unlimited. And you may also notice that you feel like expressing yourself in a way that you never have before. You may decide to pick up a paintbrush, or to dance, or sing.
The truth is it really does not matter how you express yourself. But it does matter that you express yourself. And it helps when you allow yourself to be all that you are, unrestricted, unlimited, and free to explore.
We are Gabriel. We are senders of Love.”
