What is the Raw Vegan Diet & Why is It a Good Idea?
I’ve been eating all raw and vegan for the past 12 years and for over 18 years total in this lifetime. What this particular way of eating asks of you is that you only ingest foods that are entirelyplant-based (fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts, legumes, seaweed, mushrooms, etc.) and that you only eat those foods if they’ve been blended, juiced, dehydrated, or have been left completely “un-denatured,” which means you would never heat the foods you’re going to eat above 118 degrees. I’ve been studying this diet since 1997, when I heard about it while working at a vitamin store. Ever since then, I’ve been interested in it and except for a six-year lapse when I went off this diet, I’ve been thriving on it.
Do you have to be considering going 100% raw food in order to benefit from this course? No. You might live somewhere that gets very cold in the winter and not be able to fathom going without hot food in the colder months. But still, incorporating more raw foods into your food plan will always benefit you. Maybe you’ve heard of intermittent fasting and have even tried it, or maybe you’ve thought about water fasting, doing a juice cleanse, or have become aware of the benefits of eating plant-based. A lot of people in the new age community are talking about these topics now, but I’ve been studying all of it since the late 90’s and have so much experience doing it that I want to share what I’ve learned with all of you.
When Does This Course Take Place & How Will You Join Me?
The 3 classes will all be on Zoom, which means you can see me, and I will be able to see you if you have your camera on (but that is completely optional). You can ask me questions, and I will answer them to the best of my abilities. Also, if you cannot make each class or any of the classes live, you will be able to attend via the recordings, which will be sent out shortly after each class session. Join me!
