Your liver and kidneys. They are responsible for detoxifying, transforming, and eliminating substances from our bodies that are harmful to us. The world we are living in today is so filled with toxins because of our food, water, and air all being compromised by the industrial revolution and the ensuing acts of disregard for our well-being by those in positions of power and those seeking profit at any and all costs to the public health. That’s why we need to be hypervigilant about what we put in our bodies, what we expose ourselves to, and yet, even with all the best efforts, we are still going to be exposed to toxins that did not exist a decade ago, and most of which did not exist a century ago. That’s why I created this 10-minute sound healing. This sound healing contains tones and overtones, as well as my crystal bowl playing, and the resulting sounds will heal, cleanse and upgrade your liver and kidneys so that you can focus more on your spirituality and being of service, rather than continuously going to doctors and alternative health care practitioners.  Joy! <3
