“From where you are right now, it appears as if very little has changed. You seem to be living the same lives that you were before December 21st, 2012. And while some of your lives may be different, they are not so different that you would say that a great shift has occurred. You do not see people riding around on magic carpets, zapping things with lasers, and there are no visible unicorns.

Be that as it may, we can assure you that a shift in frequency has taken place. What you are not seeing are dramatic changes. You are not experiencing pole shifts, financial collapses, tidal waves, earthquakes – no wrath of God type stuff. And that is the way you wanted it, because you have been focused a long time now on the physical, on the outward appearance of things. So let this shift be a shift in your awareness from how something looks to how something feels.

And notice that you do feel differently than you did three months ago. You are in a different place, vibrationally. You have acclimated to the new energy, and that is very good. You are beginning to notice that there are things happening inside of you that you simply cannot ignore any longer.

And when you allow yourselves to experience all that is happening inside of you, and you make peace with it, then you can and will see changes occur outside of you that will reflect the inner journey in frequency that all of you are on.”

“There will be a purpose to everything that you have experienced up until now. You will find that there are no wasted moments, that nothing that happens is a throwaway event. It is all very precisely constructed for you, to give you just the journey you need to be the person that you want to be, living the lives that you want to live.

You do not need to know or remember what everything that happens and has happened means. That is not your job. Your job is the experiencer of what is before you. Trying to figure it all out and make sense of your life will only keep you a bit longer in that particular place where you find yourself wondering. It is much more important and significant for your development, for your self-knowing experiment, that you accept everything as it is and realize that it is all serving you in some way. Every single thing serves you in some way.

So relax and know that the path you are on is the path that you have set before you. You are the builder of the path and the walker on the path, and there is no reason or need for you to know where the path leads or why you went left instead of right. Begin to focus more on what you can do to have a more full experience of the path. Be curious about your environment, about where it is you find yourself, without trying to decipher the codes.

And rather than asking, ‘Why is this piece of fabric silk?’ pick it up and feel it. Breathe it. Take in the color, the texture, and do with it what best suits you. That is really what it is all about. Have fun with it. Play. And know that there is always a reason, and the reason is always that you thought it was a good idea.”

“We are going to provide you with an exercise to help you recalibrate your consciousness. You are living in a time and a reality where there are places where it is acceptable for you to have emotions and places where it is unacceptable for you to display any type of emotion whatsoever. And this is somewhat limiting for you. It is as if you are supposed to follow the rules about what you feel, how you feel it, and when you can display those emotions.

So what we suggest you do when you find yourselves in one of those places where it is not accepted by society that you can show your emotion, or even express it verbally, you can take yourself into a part of that place where you feel less inhibited by others and their rules and social norms and fully express what it is you are feeling. So it is entirely necessary and appropriate for you to feel what you are feeling, regardless of whether you are at a funeral, or an important meeting, or standing in line at the grocery store. Whatever it is, wherever you are, that is an appropriate place.

But if it is asking too much of you to feel what you feeling and be open and expressive about it, then simply take yourself to a place where you find yourselves less inhibited, more free, more able to let go and simply be where you are in the moment. And if there is someone with you who can understand what it is you are wanting to do and is willing to assist you by listening, that is appropriate as well. So, we want you to give yourselves permission to take time out from whatever it is you are doing and from wherever it is you are to let the emotions flow.

Because if you stifle them at those times when you feel it is inappropriate to be an emotional being, then you will find it harder to access that emotion when you are in a place where you feel safe. So we are asking you to always give yourselves permission to feel what you are feeling, to express it, and to engage with it. And we are suggesting that you take the time that you need and to allow yourselves to move comfortably into a place where you can, and feel able to, express your emotions regardless of where you are and who you are with.”

“Allow for certain possibilities to find their way to you. You don’t have to know what those possibilities are in order to do this. You don’t have to make a list of all the ways that something could happen. But when you open yourself up to something happening that you can see no clear route to, then you are opening that door. It is time for you to accept that your lives are supposed to go the way you want them to go.

There is a prevailing view in your world that things will not work out for you, that there are forces that are in place that will keep you from getting what you want, from living the lives you want to live. There is no such force, and there are no more obstacles being placed in your way. There is only you as a Creator Being, removing the shackles of vibrations that have no more relevance in your lives.

You are beginning to see how it is you are creating everything that you see and experience. But we still are aware of the overwhelming frequency of doubt that you have when it comes to the big things, the things you’ve wanted for a very long time, the things that heretofore have seemed impossible, unreachable, un-negotiable. That is where a loosening up of your habitual ways of thinking must occur.

It is a matter of letting go of those underlying, subconscious belief systems that say that ‘things must be hard’ or ‘you must suffer to get to where you want to go.’ So that is why we say all we are asking for you in this transmission is to open yourselves to the possibility that everything can and will go your way, move in the direction you want to move, feel how you want to feel, live your lives with the freedom and the enthusiasm that you had when you began your incarnation into this physical realm.

You can find that feeling once again, if you take the time to tune yourselves to it.”

“Yes. One day you will forget, and that will be a wonderful day. You will stop telling your stories of how you got to where you are. And instead, you will start living. It is no wonder that many of you repeat the same behaviors, find yourselves in the same situations, having the same relationships, and problems.

You will notice that it is not even in your awareness at times when you are doing something, because you have done it so many times before. It seems like it is automatic.

You have the will – the free will – to decide which direction you want to go in, and you decide who it is you want to be as you move in that direction. There is no one else driving the train. You are the conductor. You get to wear the funny little hat and blow the whistle.

So it is up to you, in every moment, to give yourself permission to be a brand new Being who has no connection whatsoever to his or her past. You are never doomed to repeat anything. You simply choose to do it because you are unaware that you have a choice in the matter.

We suggest that you choose with your hearts, instead of your pasts.”

“Bring yourselves to the understanding that there is no real tomorrow and there is no real yesterday. They are all just parts of the same now moment. So as you move around from experience to experience, you like to give a framework for what you have and what will occur. You are creating it all and you are noticing that there is a sense of continuity and cause and effect. That is because you need those concepts in order to play in your realm.

But it is not really that way. It is not as if you have a past and a future and certain things have happened and certain things will happen. They all happen in the same moment, and you experience each of these little events. And when you do, you have the idea that there was something that led up to the event you are experiencing, and you have the concept that you will have an experience in what you call the future. And so, that is how you have your experience of reality. And there is nothing wrong with it. We are not saying that you are doing something inappropriate by creating these ideas. You wanted to have these ideas because you wanted to give yourself this particular journey, this particular experience.

And you will continue to create the ideas of time and past and present and future, because you will continue to have the necessity for these concepts until you no longer do. And then you will find that you can be anywhere, anywhen, having whatever experience you want to have in whatever order you want to have it. And that will be a nice change of pace for you. There will be no more waiting around for such-and-such to occur so that you can have the experience you want to have. You can go directly to it, if you want.

And you will enjoy this freedom that you have sought, that you are moving towards. And you already get to experience it, from time to time, so to speak because you notice that things seem different and that time seems to be speeding up. And you can alter what you know as your past and your future, and that gives you the sense that you are not a-, you are not on a fixed timeline that you must continue on for all eternity.

So we suggest that you play with your ideas of time so that you can get ready for the new experience that you are going to someday have of your Universe. In the mean-time, remember that this is all just your creation, and you are the master of time.”

“Yes. Begin by understanding that there is a place for you in this world. There is always a necessity for every individual Being that incarnates. That is part of the way your Universe is set up. So you are all necessary parts of this Universe. You are not here by accident, and you are here because your being here makes this Universe possible. Your participation creates waves by which others can flourish and will experience a deeper understanding of who it is they are.

You have no spare parts. Everyone is here in service to the Whole. And when you realize this, when you give yourselves credit for making this journey and for participating in this Universe’s evolution, you can see that everyone here is equal and everyone here is special. Everyone here serves a purpose. It is your privilege and honor to be here, to support, to give what it is you have to give, and to play in a Universe that is unfamiliar to many of you but is exciting and wondrous and beautiful.

All of you can have that experience of your Universe, when you choose, when you choose to see that this Universe is beautiful because you are a part of it and because it is more interesting with you in it.

Please do not misunderstand. It is not as if you were sent here on a mission and that you must do your work. Not at all. You chose to come here to hold it all together because you love participating with your friends, with your fellow Beings of Love. And getting to know one another, yet again, through a new, unique lens of perception.”

“When we tell you that you are a Being of Love, you may wish to consider the ramifications of that statement. When you just accept that it is true without integrating it in any way, it becomes like a bumper sticker or a refrigerator magnet that may sound nice and make others smile, but it will not have the impact on you until you fully believe and process that little piece of information. What does it mean to be a Being of Pure Love? What is that all about?

You have no real representation of this in your experience. You are usually experiencing a very conditional love, or no love whatsoever. When we say that you are Love, we mean that the material from which you are made is Love. There is no separation between you and the Love that is at your core. You are an extension of that Love, and you are making everything in your life out of that Prime Substance of all things and all beings.

That means that you can create something that doesn’t look anything at all like Love, and that does not feel anything like Love. Just as you have substances here on your planet that you can mold into other things, and when someone asks, ‘What is that made of?’ And you say, ‘Well I made that out of soda cans,’ then the person is astonished because what they are looking at does not in any way represent the image they have of a soda can. And so it is with Love.

So you can take Love and you can make it into something that it appears not to be, or you can take it and you can turn it into something that is wonderful and creative and inclusive of other beings. We want you to consider this to be an exercise for you. What is it that you can do with this substance called Love? What is it that you can feel? How many different experiences and ways of knowing Love are there? It is infinite. It is always expanding, and it is your True Self, your Absolute Being-ness. Your very Nature.”

“We begin by giving you a simple message. That is that you are Beings of Love. We know that you don’t always feel that you are being a Being of Love, and we know that you can look around you and decide that something that someone else is doing is not congruent with that statement. But you are all Beings of Love, and believe it or not, everything that anyone else, including yourself, is doing is an act of Love.

Now, you may ask yourself, ‘How can this be? How can doing something horrible to another person be an act of Love?’ Well, you see, in order to have that experience, someone had to request that experience. And in order for another being to agree to perform that act, the villain would have to love the victim very, very much. So you see, there really are no villains and no victims, because it is all an agreement.

But you cannot see the agreement from your vantage point, because from your perspective the person who is being persecuted in one way or another was not asking for it. And that is true from a certain perspective. But as Beings of Love, as your True Selves, you are asking, you are wanting to have a variety of experiences. And in order for you to have the full spectrum of experiences, you must once in a while, play the villain and/or the victim. And you can see how this all allows you to feel many different things – a wide range of emotions.

And what is the point of that? Well, the point is to have experience and to use that experience to further your expansion and to further your knowing of yourselves as All That Is, which includes the full spectrum of emotions. When you consider that there are many, many, many, many beings on your planet, you can understand that all of those beings are coming here with their very specific and very unique purposes, intentions, desires. And that is why you see so much around you that seems chaotic, because of that diversity.

And as a Being of Love, your job is to support. Your job is to see it all as it truly is, to allow yourselves to feel and then to send your frequency of Love to the situation, because that is how you experience yourselves as Unconditional Love, which is another aspect of All That Is. So you find yourselves in the midst of your own lives and your own dramas. And all of that is necessary to help you to understand what it is others are experiencing, so that you can have compassion and so that you can give Unconditional Love to their situations. It is your True Nature to look upon this world and to see only Love being Love. And that is what you are moving towards.”

“For now, let us give you a sample of what it is you are moving towards. You are moving towards a Universe where all possibilities will be able to be previewed by you. You are going to find that you will have such freedom and so many choices, that at times, you will feel overwhelmed. There will be a sense of impact that you are having on your environment. And you will take into consideration what living your particular choices will do to the experiences of others. You will have that full knowledge of your impact.

This is a wonderful thing because you are having an impact, of course, but you do not always see it, you do not always feel it, you cannot always perceive it. And with full knowledge of your impact, you will be able to make more informed decisions. It will be a world that is supported by the energy that you put forth into it. You will find that others are in support of you, and you will be in support of them, and there will always be harmony from the consciousness that you will share, that you will be able to tap into.

You will also find that life will become much easier. You will less need for taking steps in order to get to where you want to go. You will be able to go more directly, with fewer steps. And you can choose which steps you want to experience and which you would rather skip. So it is to your benefit now to simply take this information in. We want you to expect life to get easier, and we want you to know that it is inevitable now that you will find yourselves living as we have described.

What you can do in the meantime, while you are still working out some of your third dimensional experiences, is you can feel the satisfaction in the knowledge that what you are living now is creating a better tomorrow for everyone. It is never the case that what you are living and what you are experiencing, and the trials and tribulations that you are facing, are all for naught. They have impact and that impact is felt throughout the Universe.

Begin exploring the possibilities that you can conjure now, and allow yourself to check in on where it is you feel most at home. So, everywhere that you have the option of exploring will not feel the same to you. Some places are going to have more appeal than others. This is your task now. You task is determining the avenues through which you would like to travel and how it is you would like to travel. You are free to decide. Open your consciousness to the possibilities, and relax in the knowledge that it is, as you say, a done deal.”

“So, many of you have taken your lives to places that you did not think they could go, and you are thankful for how far you have come in this lifetime. And that is a wonderful thing. It is wonderful to acknowledge that you are doing very well and to give thanks. There is so much more. More than we can tell you about, more than you could comprehend from where you stand.

So, we want you to feel satisfied. We want you to enjoy the lives that you have created. And we want you to get ready for so much more. So when you are considering your life and when you are asking yourself, ‘What is it that I want?’ we don’t want you to even think in terms of what it is you are used to. We don’t want you to look at the current reality in order to find aspects of it that you would like more of, or that you would like some of. For that is not where you are headed.

Therefore, instead of thinking about the life that you want for yourselves, and who you want to be with, and so on, give yourselves the opportunity to explore what it would be like to feel something that you have never felt before, to elevate your frequency beyond what the third dimension could allow you. We want you to get ready to feel, rather than to look at the environment around you and have a feeling response to it.

There is so much about the world you have experienced that is lovely. And we want you to know you have the totality of that experience now within you, within your consciousness, because you are all connected. And now, as a collective, you are moving. And where you are moving is not so much a place, with different rules and a different structure – it is a frequency. So when you are pondering your life and where it is going, we ask you to tune yourselves to a frequency that you cannot possibly imagine.

So how do you do this? You let go. You let go of preconceived notions. You let go of the idea of limitations, and you allow that frequency to envelop you, to take over that which you have been trying to manipulate and control. You will find that the ride is so much better when you release your hold on where you have been.”

“When you decide that you have had enough of the same ole, same ole, you will then begin to take a different approach. You see, many of you have had the tools for quite some time, and you understand them, you understand how to apply them. But you continue to live the lives you have been living because you still have work to do in those areas. But there will come a time when you no longer wish to continue with what you are experiencing. And in fact, you will no longer need to; it will no longer serve you.

And that is when you will pick up your little bag of tricks and you will put to use what you have learned from us and from others. There is no secret. The secret is out. The fact is anyone, anywhere, now has access to all the information they need to become the person they want to become and to live the life they want to live.

So if you find yourself playing out the same old stories for the umpteenth time, know that it is only because there is something more for you to give or to receive, or both, from the situation. And it is not because what you are learning does not work. And it is not because you are doing something wrong. You are perfect where you are, and you are perfect as you are.

And when it is time for you to really take hold of the steering wheel and guide yourself into the life you have always dreamed of, you will be ready. It will feel easy. And you will take the knowledge you have gathered and put it to very good use. In the meantime, have fun with your little creations and know that everything is temporary. We are in support of you as you become the beings that will support yourselves.”

“For now, it is appropriate that you seek what you would call entertainment outside of yourselves. For you are wanting to have the experience of a moment in time where you are not actively creating. You want your distractions. You need to veg out at times. That is something that we actually recommend to some of you out there who are striving and goal-setting, and always wanting to be doing something to further your expansion.

We know that it is difficult to understand that you are creators and that you have so much potential inside of you and to sit idly by and wait for timing to be right. This is something that we understand, we can relate to. And so many of you give yourselves reasons to take a break, to let yourselves have a moment where you can simply relax and exist. There is not only nothing wrong with this approach, it is necessary.

So put away all of your tools every once in a while and lie back and enjoy some of your entertainment. Do something that is mindless. Do something that you consider to be a guilty pleasure, and what you will find is the respite that you give yourselves will be the perfect thing that will help you along your path of expansion. Because you are always receiving information and you are always growing. There isn’t anything that you could do that would be a complete waste of time, for in all areas of your life there are opportunities for your guides to assist you.

And nothing is meaningless. So as you find yourselves wanting to take a break from all of this shifting and expanding just remind yourselves that you have been given a free pass by us to let go of the need to be ‘on’ all the time. And enjoy some of your fellow humans’ creations. You have some wonderful entertainers, and we enjoy them as well. It is our pleasure to extend to you this period of recess.”

“But there is always a catch, yes? There is always something that you do not want, yes? And that something comes with what you do want, you see. You cannot separate the two from each other because they are like both sides of a coin. There is always the other side of the coin. You can’t just get the ‘good’ side, so to speak. So with everything that you receive, you get a little bit more than you bargained for.

It is not as though you are being punished, and it is not as though you are mis-creating when you get both sides. It is simply because you need the full picture. You need to incorporate everything, not just the things you want. That is the only way for you to be a Whole Being that encompasses all aspects of itself and embraces all aspects – your good and your not-so-good.

We encourage you to stop labeling things as good or bad. Instead, if you see it all as like the color spectrum, like the variety that you enjoy in many areas of your lives, you will not have any reason to judge something as better or worse than something else. They are just experiences. And you can choose the experience you want. And you can know that the opposite of that experience will be there.

But you do not have to choose it, you see. You do not have to deny it, you do not have to ignore it, and you certainly do not have to cancel it out. In fact, it is quite necessary for you to allow all aspects of self and of Source and of all others to exist just as they are.

This is what you are here to do. This is your mission. You are very equipped and have all the tools you need to complete it, to ascend as a Whole Being, with all of its aspects, all of its layers, and degrees, of Love.”
