Asking & Receiving ∞Quan Yin
“It is I, Quan Yin.
I am here in service, and my ability to serve is only as effective as your ability to receive me. There must be a willingness and an openness to receive in order for the act of service to have an effect. Many of you are reaching out and asking for help. You are expressing a willingness to receive it, but how often do you then accept the help that is coming, consciously?
We who are here in service know what is best for you, and therefore we are incapable of doing anything for you that you are not willing to do for yourselves. We work in tandem with you, but we do not and we cannot assert. I am known for my compassion, and I know that it is there because I feel it. In order for you to know my compassion, you must allow yourself to receive it.
Receiving is as big a part of the equation as the asking. When you let down your guard, when you relax, when you are drifting off to sleep, these are the times when you are most receptive to the help that is being offered by those in service.
So this is our promise to you – we will always deliver that which you are asking for. But you will need to let go long enough and surrender to the help that we are offering in order for it to take hold.
That is what makes our interactions a co-creation, and that is far more empowering to you than if we were to just do it for you. I am here in service, and you are here to experience what it is like to move, to evolve, and to grow. And together we make a wonderful team.
I am Quan Yin, and I hold you in my heart.”
