“The only way for you to miss the boat is for you to miss the enjoyment of getting on the boat. You are never in a place where your life is unfolding in a way that is less than perfect. So all of your ships are coming in. They always have, and they always will.

On your path, you have opportunities to experience great joy and to know yourselves as Love Incarnate. Those are the opportunities that you don’t want to miss. All of the things, and the people, and the houses, and the jobs, and the circumstances that you are waiting for, that you are hoping for, they’re all guarantees.

But the joy that you will feel while on your journey, that is up to you. Those moments that could be the greatest moments of your lives are open for interpretation. There is not one way to experience your life. There are infinite ways of experiencing the same events and circumstances.

It is always up to you to make the most of what your life is giving you. Always remember what life is about – it is about experience, not experiences. How you experience anything, that is your work, that is your job. The experiences themselves are just the reasons that you give yourselves for staying interested, for being here amongst the physical, dense environment.

You have an expression that you can’t take it with you, and you have another that says, ‘Wherever you go, there you are.’ So you see, you are the eternal factor of your life, and you are the only one who is determining how that life of yours is experienced.
