That which is not ours. We pick so much up over the years, and decades, of our existence in a single lifetime. And just imagine how much we pick up over several, even hundreds, of lifetimes on planet Earth. I’m talking about thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and energies here, and as you know, since you live on Earth, there are a lot of all of those to wiggle their way into our chakras, minds, cells, energy fields, emotional bodies, and belief systems. That’s why I channeled this 6-minute language of light. I channeled this light language with the intention that it would provide the energy, vibration, and galactic light codes to give the listener a full release of all that is not theirs…and is of a lower frequency. In other words, some emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and energies we pick up from others are actually positive and helpful! But this light language is for releasing that which is negative, heavy, and definitely not helpful. Love <3

How Often Do You Need to Listen to This Light Language in Order for It to Work for You?

I suggest listening to this light language at least once a day until you feel you have been freed from the unwanted thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and energies you’ve picked up over the many millenia you’ve incarnated here on Earth. And when you do feel that the weight has been lifted, just keep it available to you, because you never know when you’ll need it again, and it will always be there for you to release whatever else you’ve picked up, and that is unwanted, along your path.
