How Often Do You Need to Recite These Mantras for Them to Have the Full Intended Effect on You?

If you think about all the time we have to focus on what we want, on what is positive, rather than thinking about the past or speculating about what may or may not happen in the future, the truth is, we could be reciting mantras like these for most of our waking hours. Therefore, I suggest choosing one or two from this bundle of mantras that really resonate with you, and recite them aloud or in your head while doing the dishes, brushing your teeth, driving, showering, etc. We have so much time to tap into our true power and the wealth and well-being that comes from focusing on what we want, on what we believe is true that’s positive, and what empowers us, and these mantras will help us tap into that power.
