Our genetic line. Our ancestors. We like to say, “I didn’t choose my family,” but really, we did. We chose knowingly, and what we knew about prior to incarnating were the “sins of the father,” and the issues/challenges that we have faced as a part of that genetic line throughout the history of humankind and our families within the human experience. It’s also a great possibility that you were your great, great grandmother or grandfather in a previous lifetime. Now, as we move through our lives in this lifetime, we are given opportunities to face these challenges and right the wrongs of our ancestors and their actions and beliefs, and yet that burden can feel astronomical. We need support, and we need a lot of it, because this is a particularly challenging lifetime, a lifetime where we are seeking to clear a lot of baggage in a short amount of time. That’s why I channeled the tones and overtones for this sound healing, while playing one of my crystal bowls.
