“Because there are no pre-set ideas about a desire that you are contemplating, it is easier for you to align with that particular desire. It is only when you are hatching a desire with some of your usual thoughts about it that you run into some difficulty. But if you were to have a fresh new desire and with that desire came no additional thoughts, ideas, beliefs, you would more easily find the frequency of it and then you would find yourself experiencing it.

So we invite you to give yourself the opportunity to a hatch a new desire that has no attachments to it. We invite you to think of something that you have never considered before as a possibility and that you have no real idea about how you would manifest it. So you can exist then in a pure state of desire with your intention without allowing in any of the limiting thoughts that you have held about other desires. It is much more fun to play in a realm where there are no preconceived notions, no ideas of limitation, no thoughts about why it cannot work, and instead to simply allow yourself to frolic in the desire itself.

So allow yourselves to get as far out there as you possibly can with what it is you want to manifest. The closer you stay to your current reality, the more likely you are to find a reason why it could not work. But the more outrageous the desire, the less you are likely to think about all of the steps that you would need to take and all of the obstacles that might be in the way.

So have some fun with this. Let yourselves go into the unknown with your desire – some place you have never been before. And do so because it is fun to create, it is fun to imagine something you have never imagined before, and it is fun to live in a world where there are no limitations, and where everything, every desire, is possible.”

“The only thing that you ever need to concern yourselves with is the frequency you are holding in the moment. It is the most important aspect of your being. You have histories, and you have desires for your future, and all of that is well and good. But it is your now that is the most crucial component of your life and of living your life the way that you want to live it.

So even though you will find yourself musing on past events and planning for future events, you always have the frequency to consider. So while you are having your thoughts about the past or future, the most important thing for you to focus on is the frequency that you are holding in those moments.

Now, this is not to say that it is important for you to hold what you would call a positive or high-vibrational frequency. It is only important that you are aware of the frequency that you hold. Your awareness gives you power. It is the most important aspect of experiencing the frequency.

So you may be carrying a frequency in your present moment and be completely unaware of the fact that it is there. And then you simply live your life in response to that frequency without realizing that that is what you are doing.

So the more you ignore the frequency, the greater the effect. As you focus in on the frequency, you allow yourself to have the experience of it. And as you do this, you become less attached, you become more conscious, more deliberate, and you are able to practice offering your frequency with deliberate intent.

And that is how you live your life as a conscious creator. So always make the frequency the most important thing that you are focusing on, and you will have the life that you desire to live.”

“Too many of you are allowing yourselves to stay in a place where you know you do not belong. There is some confusion about the message that says that ‘You are precisely where you are supposed to be.’ There are many who are finding themselves in situations where they want to have a new experience, they want to live in a different place, they want to be around other people, and yet they are staying where they are in a sort of defiant desire to make the most of their situation and learn the lessons from it that they were meant to glean from the situation.

We are telling you that you are not martyrs here and you are not supposed to endure any sort of agony. You are able to move on to the better, to the more appropriate, to the more joyous scenario whenever you feel that the timing is right. You are always the ones who are driving the boat of your life, even though it may seem as though you are victims of the current. You can and will take control and steer yourselves into the better situation for yourselves, and you are not serving yourself or anyone else by suffering in a situation where you are no longer feeling aligned.

It is always the case that you are right where you are supposed to be, but that is not an indication that you must stay there forever, and it is not so that you must wait for an invitation to be somewhere else. You are quite capable of deciding for yourself where you want to be. And we are speaking quite generally here, so let us say that we are talking about where you live, what you are doing for income, who you are spending the majority of your time with, even your recreational free-time activities. If you feel that it is time to move on to something else, then by all means, go right ahead.

And take with you what you have gained from being in the previous situation that you have now outgrown. There is a place for action within your spiritual endeavors, and you always know when the timing is right because you have the impulse, you have the knowing that it is time to make a change. And when you do, you will find that everything will line up and it will be a transition that feels comfortable to you. So do indeed make the most of where you are, but also, be prepared and prepare yourself for the next big thing that you will move towards.”

“From the perspective of those of us who are existing in a higher frequency state, you are all deserving of high praise. There is nothing more important in the entire universe than what it is you are doing here at this time. So even though it may seem like what it is you are doing personally in your life has little or no significance whatsoever to anyone, there could not be a statement that was further from the truth than that.

You bring a fresh perspective to a number of disputes that are happening all over this universe. You have a clearer understanding of the mechanics of coexisting because you have been in the position that you have been. In other words, you have not really been allowed to just blow yourselves up and blow each other up to the extent that some of you would like.

You have all been stuck together so that you could work things out, so that you could make these improvements in relating to one another. You are part of a much bigger story than many of you realize. It is not that what you are living is fundamentally significant. In other words, most of you are not dealing with life or death situations on a daily, nor are you dealing with entire countries full of people and their resources and their fates.

But what it is that you do have before you are your little, itty-bitty disputes with one another, your pet peeves, your feelings of being slighted by others, your jealousy, your anger, your frustration, your rage, and your love and lust and desire to be with one another. All of these are highly charged experiences, and you are giving much more than you could ever realize to the collective of humanity, and to the universal collective, just by dealing with what is before you, just by handling it in a mature way, by settling your disputes and by finding a way to coexist harmoniously.

By being willing to love each other in spite of your disagreements, in spite of your differences, in spite of the fact that many of you have felt betrayed by others. But your willingness to love in spite of all of these conditions is the gift that you are, and it is a universal gift that creates a ripple effect, which is being felt, even if only on a subconscious level, by everyone and everything that exists.

So we want you to give yourselves a giant pat on the back for a job well done. We want you to find a way to understand the significance of who you are and what you are living at this time.”

“The creations in your life are the manifestations of what it is that you put out vibrationally. The emotions that you feel are part of your total being, but you are the Creator. But we want you to consider the fact that you are also the creators of your emotions. You are wanting to have an emotional experience; that is why you came here at this time, to this planet, in this universe. You desired the emotional ride, and so it is that part of the creation process that we would like to ponder here with you.

There is no such thing as a wasted emotion. There is no such thing as a waste of anything. But you are all giving yourselves opportunities to have an emotional experience, because that is what is so unique about this particular experience that you are having. We want you to see the relationship between the emotions and the physical reality, and we also want you to know that there is nothing here that is being done TO you. There are only choices that you make. Those choices are because you have the strength and the willingness to put yourself into a variety of states of being.

What your creations are all about is the triggering of those emotions so that you can have an experience. So many of you now are looking to create your reality by putting yourself into an emotional state so that you can attract that which you seek to experience. And what we are saying is that the physical reality that you are creating is there to give you the emotional experience that you desire. So have your fun doing your creating and have the pleasure of a wide array of emotions. But do not get confused about any of this, because it is simple, really.

You are creating all of it because you wanted to know yourself as a being who feels and who knows the essence of self through the feeling state. That is what we would strive for if we were physical beings; we would always be seeking out the emotional experiences, because they give you such a window to the soul.”

“The opinions of others are no matter to you. You are the one who is driving the mechanism that is your existence, and therefore, your opinion is the only one that matters. However, you are living with others on your planet, and they are all having their own experiences and developing their own opinions. It is only your mission to accept the opinion of another, to allow the opinion of another, and to see how you feel about it.

But it is never your duty or obligation to change the opinion of another or to alter what you are doing or thinking or saying because they hold that opinion. It is an option of yours, but it is not your mission in life to find out what everyone else thinks so that you can have all of that input to take into consideration when you are deciding what it is that you want, what it is that you think, what it is that you do. It is not necessary to consult with the masses.

It is necessary for you to understand that you are living in a universe with other expressions of Source, and therefore, it is a service to yourself and to others for you to understand that what you say and what you think and what you do have ramifications on the other expressions that you share this universe with. But you can do that while also letting yourself guide yourself and letting others do that for themselves. So you see, you don’t need to reach a consensus, you don’t need a majority in order for you to act appropriately.

All you need to do is know what your stance is, what your opinion is, and to hold it, and to recognize that there are ripple effects happening throughout the universe when you do decide upon something. So all of this can be quite confusing to you as you decide what it is that you want to think and do and say, because you are a sovereign being and yet you live in a universe that operates as a collective.

So we are going to tell you that it is always the case that you are affecting your cohorts in this universe, but that you cannot always listen to every voice in order for you to know what is right for you. You must trust yourself and also recognize that many of the opinions that you get from others are reflections to you of other aspects of yourself. So it is all a very tangled web.

It is not your job to figure it all out. It is only your job to give yourself the benefit of the doubt and to know that you are never getting something wrong, you are never taking on a point of view that is not in some way of service, and you must always do what you feel is right for you, for the collective, for this universe, and trust that when you do check in with yourself that you know precisely what you are doing.”

“Place your attention on anything that you can that will give you sense of joy and excitement in your being, and remember that you are the one who has found your own frequency in that moment. You are not a responder-to something; you are a generator-of it, and you also have the ability to conjure up a frequency. So you do not actually need to think a thought or to be in the presence of that which you are placing your attention on in order for you to have the experience of the frequency that you desire to experience. It is all you. It is always you. Everything is you, and you are everything.

You all get hung up on the external as the reason for feeling something, for allowing yourself to experience something. You all want things. You all desire circumstances. You all have your core group of people that you like to hang out with. And that is fine, and we are not here to rain on anyone’s parade. However, we just want to remind you that you don’t need anything or anyone in order for you to have the experience of yourself that you desire to have. It is all about your intention and your willingness to find the frequency that you prefer.

So let go of all of your attachments right now, and see if by releasing yourself from those people and places and things that you so desire, you now have the ability to clear out any and all emotional attachments that you have made. So you have attachments to certain emotions as well. And when you let go of everything that you think of as being important to your existence and your experience and you simply exist as a being of love and a being of frequency, then you can easily float your way up to the fifth dimension. It is your attachments that hold you in place.

You must think of yourself as someone who could run very fast and as also someone who has chained themself to various solid objects and who has also been choosing some heavy emotional states. And as you see how much faster you can run without the chains and without the heavy emotions, now you understand our analogy completely about letting go, about allowing yourself to exist as you are, in this moment, and seeing how easy it is to find a frequency, to maintain your preferred state of being, and to exist as the whole being that needs not push against any aspect of itself. There is no stopping you now.”

“Another expression of Source Energy that you have the ability to communicate with is the personality that you know as your ideal self. You think of yourself as having your flaws, and you have concocted a version of yourself that you believe would have a much easier time in this life. You can have communication with this being, because if you can imagine something then it must exist. So imagine for a moment that ideal version of yourself. This version of you is aware of you as well.

You and your ideal self are in constant communication, in fact. Much of the communication that you have is not about how you can become more like it. The communication is about experience. The communication is about what that version of you experiences that is different from what you experience. You are learning from each other. You are completing the experience of your Oversoul by having different lives, by having different programs, by experiencing different beliefs, different thoughts, different emotions, different paths.

And the path that you are on is in many ways more valuable. Not to say that your ideal self is free from all challenges, because that would just be boring. But the fact that you have the challenges that you do and that, by your estimation, are so much harder to face and so much more difficult to manage, you give more of a complete experience to your Oversoul and to Source. You have more input. You have more to say, to contribute.

And you are giving your Oversoul a vantage point that makes it possible for there to be an ideal version of yourself. So this version of you is the one that you are at this moment. And this version of you is important, is LOVE incarnate, is a creator being. So allow yourself to savor the experience that you have of this version of you while you still can. You are destined to become more than you are. There is no way, no possible set of circumstances that would leave you stuck in one place, having the same experiences over and over.

So you can let go of that fear, and you can appreciate your ideal self for doing the work that it is doing and for communicating with you about what it is like. You can meet your ideal in your dreams, and you can revel in the knowing that this version of you is quite real.”

“There are certain agreements that you have before you incarnate. Some of these agreements are with other people. Some of these agreements are with yourself. You know how certain relationships are going to play out, and from your broader perspective, from your higher self perspective, you are always okay with how the relationship plays itself out because you want to have an experience. And there is no judgment, there is no concept of what makes a relationship good or better or what a more appropriate outcome would be. So you don’t have any hang-ups when you set up these agreements.

And when you consider your own life and your own journey through this incarnation, and you consider what goals and desires you have for yourself, and you wonder why you are stuck, know that that is also because of an agreement that you had made before you incarnated. So these are a couple of the usual circumstances that many of you are using to measure your success in life. Was it a successful relationship? Were you able to accomplish the task or reach the goal that you wanted to accomplish? And if the answer is ‘no’ then you feel bad. And we would like for you to approach every situation as just an experience that you are choosing to have.

If instead of having a pre-set notion of what will be the failure or success of any endeavor, if instead you were to look for something about what it was you were doing, or who it was you were with, or whether you were alone for a period of time, and you were to see the benefit, and you were to be fascinated with your situation, rather than seeing it as a reason to judge yourself or your partners, your co-horts, then you could really enjoy yourself on the journey that you are on. You could let go of the need for anything to be a certain way, and you could seek out that which is interesting about your situation, you could revel in the complexity of your creation, and you could really get involved with the frequency of it, the texture of it, exactly how it was you were experiencing it, could be a very fascinating approach to your life.

We want you to always be in the present moment with your life, and therefore never analyzing what was and trying to make sense of it or trying to figure out what went wrong, and we also want you to not look forward to a time when things will be better, when things will be different, when you will be better, when you will be different. And instead to cherish each moment that you have as you are, to give yourself the due that you deserve, because you are exactly where you wanted to be and so there must be something about where you are that has value, that is fascinating, interesting, compelling.

We want you to look for those aspects of every portion of your life. Seek out the interesting. Seek out what is comical, quizzical, and appreciate the tapestry that you have woven for yourself. And do your best to send yourself the most loving, the most adoring, the most heartfelt sentiments that you could possibly conjure up. Because that is how we see you, that is how your Source sees you, that is how your Oversoul sees you, and we think you might enjoy taking on that perspective for a while.”

“Where the appropriate place is for what it is you are seeking to do will show itself to you. You do not have to seek out anything. But when you are in the vibration that is aligned with what it is you are seeking, you will find yourself in the appropriate place, you will find yourself surrounded by the appropriate people. You will have the perfect opportunity to engage in the activity, the conversation, the project that you want to participate in.

So when you find yourself in that place where you are seeking something out, ask yourself, ‘What is the vibration of what it is I am seeking and what is the vibration that I am offering at this time, and are the two compatible? Are they of the same frequency?’ Because you usually do not seek that which you are desiring with the same vibration that you want to experience, and so you do not find what you are looking for. You find more of that vibration you are offering.

So pay very close attention to what it is you are vibrating as you are looking for that new job, that new person in your life, that new place to live, that new physical condition, whatever it is that you seek. Be the vibration of it and then go do whatever you want to do. You can cut out the middle man, so to speak. You can live the life that you want to live while you are still without that person, job, house, circumstance that you seek.

And in the process, you can discover that what it is that you really seek is the ‘you’ that offers the vibration of wholeness, the vibration of joy, the vibration of love. That is always what you are seeking. That is always what you think that you will get from some outside entity or some new situation. But to be in the vibration, to be that which you seek is the ultimate experience in this life. It is the Source Energy perspective and the vibration of All That Is. To know that you are All That Is, to know that all that you could ever possibly find is inside of you because it is a frequency and you are able to exist in whatever frequency state you desire, simply by tuning yourself to it.

And how do you do that? You intend and you relax, and you allow that frequency state to show itself to you. This is not about trying. This is not about a series of steps. This is about a knowing of your true nature, an accepting of who it is you really are, and a letting go, so that who you really are can come to the forefront and be all that you seek, all that you desire, all that you ever wanted to be.”

“When you are beginning a new chapter of your life, you tend to create new relationships to go along with your new chapter. This is common for all of you. You have many instances in your life where you have moved from one situation or location to another, and as you do so, you find that you are interacting with an entirely new group of individuals. And this forces you to redefine who you are. You no longer need to bring with you the ‘old you’ to the new situation. The new people in your life don’t expect you to be a certain way and to have certain traits and proclivities. And so you have the freedom to be who it is you are in the moment. And this serves you very well.

Now, we suggest that you do this even if you are not changing anything significant about your situation in life because you can fall into the pattern of the expectations of others, so that what it is that they expect from you is what you deliver. And this goes for the people that have existed in your life for a long time, as well as the people that you have only known for a short time. So you want to be aware of what it is that you are giving when you are engaged in those interactions and whether or not it is representative of the you that you want to be.

So you really need to decide in every moment who it is you are so that you can continue to take ownership of your persona and release yourself from those expectations that others have. And the same goes true for your interactions with others in your life. Ask yourself if you have certain expectations for how this person will behave or what he or she will say in response to something, because you can always allow another to surprise you and to be the new version of who they are in each and every moment. Because in truth none of you are the same being from one moment to another, and you don’t need to keep any sort of consistency in that regard. It is unnecessary and will only lead to more and more of the same.

And since you are evolving and expanding and shifting, you want to create a new version of yourself and a new world for that new version of yourself to exist in. So just be aware of the expectations of others that are being placed upon you and the expectations that you are placing upon another, or others, and be willing to let go and be the new, fresh version of yourself in each and every moment, no matter how many surprised looks you get along the way.”

“There have been times when you were in the midst of a discussion, a conversation, a dispute, where you had the knowing that what you were talking about was not really what all of your emotions were about. You know this. You can feel the discrepancy between what it is you are speaking about and what it is you are feeling. Many of you are catching yourselves now in those moments where you have those realizations.

And yet, you do not always stop yourselves from having the conversation anyway. And we are suggesting letting go of whatever it is that you think is spawning this emotional upheaval and just acknowledging what it is that you are feeling and the intensity of it. This is so much easier on everyone involved and a much more efficient and faster way of getting to the heart, getting to the root of why you are in the state of emotional turmoil that you are in.

So when you have these discoveries, be honest, be open with the other person about what it is you feel and how it is you are feeling it so that everyone can release themselves from the attachment to whatever it was you were talking about and get to the core. This involves allowing yourself to feel vulnerable in a situation. This is a process that will involve letting go to-, letting go of attachments.

And it is also about getting into some of those darker emotions that so many of you find so difficult to process because of their intensity, because you feel as though you are dying when you experience them. But you must let go even to your life as it is in order to be reborn and in order to experience yourself anew as a fully-functioning, fully-integrated being who is always aware of their emotion and who is always willing to express what it is they are feeling.

So we applaud you for doing this most difficult work that you are in the midst of at this time, and we celebrate you as you come out of these experiences like new beings, reborn and refreshed and ready to create new worlds and new experiences that will thrill and excite you.”

“But you are physical beings. So how do you live as physical beings while knowing yourselves as multi-dimensional beings of Light? How do you manage to be in a physical body and dealing with the physical environment when you are also getting to know yourselves as the essence of Source Energy, which is more of a frequency than a tangible object? But you have your tangible objects and you have your physical bodies, and you must navigate in a world that can at times seem hard, while maintaining your focus on yourselves as Light Beings. What is the purpose then of having a physical experience if what you are really about is something far less tangible?

The purpose of your physical experience is to have a new understanding of yourselves. So as you exist in the non-physical realms as pure essence and as frequencies of Love and Joy, you wish to know yourselves in an experiential way, you wish to have the understanding of what it is you are made of. And so you set out to have an experience. This is similar to why you would create a story in order to fully illustrate a moral or a message for your audience. It is one thing to tell someone something, and it is quite another for a person to have an experience of what it is you are talking about.

And giving yourself a physical body that has physical needs that you must take care of opens up the opportunity for these experiences. And by creating this physical structure that you are engaged with and having the experience of others and their physical structures that they are experiencing and engaging with, you have this opportunity to know yourselves as individuated consciousness. And by creating that circumstance, you are able to have many, many different dramas that can play out. And this has been quite a bit of fun for you. So please do allow yourselves to know from this new perspective that you hold that you are always having fun. You are always in it for the new experience and for the most dramatic story that you could possibly live out.

It is a very fruitful endeavor to put yourself into scenarios and then to find your way out. It is the way that you know yourself more fully. So getting back to our analogy about a story that you would create to illustrate a point. When you have your hero in a movie or a television show, or whatever, you give your hero obstacles, and you set your hero against circumstances and villains and so on, and the hero then must discover his or her strength, overcome his or her limitations. The hero must have a moment when he or she reaches deep down and comes up with something, some way of approaching the dilemma that they find themselves in. And this is the way that you have decided you wanted to know yourselves more completely.

And so here you are, in your stories, living out your dramas, and discovering the power and strength that exists within you while still fully maintaining your physical structure. And this is why you created the story in the precise way that you did.”

“Understand that there is no point in wallowing over something that has happened in the past. There is no point in replaying events in your mind that would only be for the purpose of figuring out what could have gone differently, what could have been said, what could have been done. None of that serves you in any way. It is only in focusing on what it is you are feeling in the now moment that will give you the gift of that circumstance, that event, that disagreement that you had. Only in your willingness to explore the current moment and what it is you are feeling do you ever make any progress in your evolution.

We do not recommend going back and looking for things and analyzing things and wanting to understand things, because you are beings who exist in the now, and in order for you to benefit from anything, you must be willing to be in the now. Much of what you are attempting to do in those moments is an attempt to escape, to get away from those icky feelings. And you are quite good at this. But whatever has given you an opportunity to feel an emotion is a gift, and you can simply thank it for giving you the opportunity to have your emotional experience and be done with it.

What we are saying to you is that everything that you experience is for the purpose of getting you in touch with those emotions. It is about having the experience of them, and it is about letting yourself have the emotional experience, no matter how uncomfortable. Because that is what you are all here to do. You are here to create circumstances that will get you to feel emotions. And those emotional states are of service to you and to others. Just by being in them, you are helping, you are guiding, you are teaching. And there are many who are witnessing and observing and getting in touch with their own emotions as a result of that work that you all do.

So embrace your emotions and the situations that you create to give yourselves the opportunity to feel them, and release any judgment you have about emotions and which ones you are supposed to feel and which ones you are not supposed to feel, because they are all equal and they are all equally of service to you. And by all means choose which emotions you prefer. Choose to exist as much as you want in those high frequency emotions without getting too attached, of course.

You are beings of light and love. You are more frequency beings than emotional beings. So have fun with your emotions as you still can and will be able to access them, for soon enough you will be accessing frequency. And that will be a whole new ball game.”

“’But what is the point?’ That is what we can hear so many of you asking at this time. ‘What is the point of all of it?’ ‘Why am I here?’ ‘What am I supposed to do?’ ‘Why are there still wars?’ ‘Why are there still people doing things to other people that are hurtful and harmful?’ ‘Where is the compassion?’ ‘Where is the love?’ We hear your cries, and we want to assure you that there is a purpose to everything that exists at this time. This is a reality of duality. You must have the darkest of the dark in order for you to experience the lightest of the light. And you must hold the vibration of the light in order for you to really understand what your purpose is, what this world is all about.

It is the time of your awakening, the time of your shift, and it is necessary for you to have the darker aspects around and for you to be aware of them. Your personal journey is about seeing yourself as a manifestation of the energy that can be dark and can be light. The way that you make your personal stamp on this world is by choosing. You are a deliberate creator with the energy that is you, and there is no formula. There is no percentage of dark and light that you are supposed to hold. There is just the choice, and the choice is always yours.

Sometimes it is necessary for you to choose the dark because you want to understand it, because you want to have compassion for those who exist in it. It is necessary for you in order to make a decision that is based on facts, and you are giving yourself the opportunity to see what it is that all shades of light are about. Because this is really about different intensities of light energy, because it is all light, but some of it is just very, very, very dim, to the point of almost being snuffed out completely.

The way to the reality that you wish to experience is the embracing of all aspects of this light, all shades, all intensities. So you must be aware of what they are. You must have them in your consciousness, and you must be willing to see them as choices and not as aspects of your world that are being forced upon others. They are all making choices that will serve them. And as you see the bigger picture and you notice that beings are making their way from the dark into the light, you can come to an understanding of why it must be this way and you can find peace within yourself to allow others to be just as they are, to choose what they are choosing and to make your decisions based upon how it is you want to be in this world.

You are the ones who get to decide what the point is, what your purpose is, and how you want to exist within this tremendous creation of All That Is. We know that if you are listening and/or reading this message, you want to exist in more of the light, and we are saying to you, ‘Go right ahead.’”
